Should I go out with my Christian friend?
Me and my friend of a few years decided to date for a while and things have been going great but his parents don’t really approve of me. To be honest, I don’t care if they do because I’m not going to change who I am for people I barely know. He’s a Christian and today he told his parents that we’re in a relationship & they basically made him feel like he shouldn’t even be kissing me because it will lead to sex. So, he asked me to give up the physical side of our relationship and I was just disappointed that he let his parents convince him to do that. He really doesn’t want to. He’s the best kisser I’ve ever had & I’m his first kiss, we really don’t wanna give that up. I got upset and ended it, should I give it another shot? Or is the fact that I need a certain amount of intimacy with a boyfriend (intensely) mean just letting it go?
YOu have to decide how much you like this guy and if you can give up the physcial side of things. Only you know how strong you are, and if you can do it!! If you can’t then don’t waste his time or yours. And be honest and tell him that. Good luck.
