The creation of an SA only 18 years?
I love business and I am very poor in all my academic studies with the exception of business. I love business and have spent the last month trying to set up a Ltd. will be an online business and I have worked with such balance, release date, provider website, logo, and the market value, price lists wholesale, etc. However, I am frightened by the tax aspect of a Comapny Limited and I am only 18. You think I should go for it or resign
My first question is, why is incorporation? Are you going to make the only limited liability in the event of a lawsuit, or because you want to have an arms length in case of business failure (to avoid bankruptcy)? Incorporation is expensive (not that I am deterrence matters to you, is your business) and for the most part, unless you plan to operate several offices outside of its current state / province not really for your benefit (double taxation should only be a deterrent). The fiscal aspect can be a headache, as the CEO of a nonprofit LTD profit, I deal with my accountant (and you will need to hire one percent, as it is necessary to appoint an independent auditor by law) on a weekly basis, and my lawyer once a month. It is much easier (and cheaper!) To run on a sole proprietor, if you want to have an online business.
