It's a cool guy to ask for his mobile number that has never known, I do not know except for a little talking to me first I think it sounds like a freak because I think talking on the ph with someone who has never known is the range and a loss of time and I do not know if you like and know all custom until they "see" face to face. Obviously with the amount of fans around the personal data is not reveal until you feel familiar enough with the first person, why ask for my number. This man is in his 40 and can be a mummy and a clueless guy signal to stay away.
It really depends on the person, either fresh or old-fashioned thing to do. Some people ask for a person moving, preferring speak with their voices or prefer text instead of off-type things. Some people have difficulty typing on the keyboard of the computer then do it on a phone. So keep that in mind. I understand and respect that they do not feel comfortable giving people your number. If that's the way you feel then say you'd like get to know better online or would like to meet him first before giving a phone number. Just do not automatically think that is a vine. Do not get me wrong, it could be, but you never know. You may want to have an easier way to keep in touch with you. If it is more convenient for two, ask if he would be fine with talking on Skype.
