Hi, I'm interested in booking a trip through onthebeach.co.uk but I read some negative reviews about them online (for example, people say they called the day after booking the flight to say / hotel was full and charge more money to change dates or upgrade to a different hotel). However, a friend used before without problems. Just wondering if anyone else has had a good experience with them? Thanks
I have not used, but tourism, Britain is full of failed companies and vacation in a poor environment of poor quality. There are good deals, but the best chance of passing disappointing holiday comes from the cheapest holiday. The beach is a member of ABTA (Association of British Travel Agents), making it a legitimate business. However, I always suggest that you pay for a package with a credit card like MasterCard or Visa instead of a credit card, debit card or cash or check, as it offers the best protection your money should go to the bankruptcy of the company
