How do I greet a woman they have never met on our first date?

I'm going to an appointment today with a woman I've been talking with the line a little while now. We've been talking, exchanging photos, and all that, and so we finally meet today. This is the second time I've come so far in online dating, but the first time I did not know what to do and the date was so awkward, never speak again after that night.
