First spotting a scam is easy if you know what to look for.
Depends on how you met her and if she is asking you for money.
If you met her on a site that requires a credit card to send letters more than likely it is a scam. Because credit cards are not widely used in Russia.
Is she asking you for money so she can come visit you. She is not going to be issued a visa to come to visit you. Unless you go there first.
Look at her letters are they general? Dose she answer your questions?
If the answer to any of these questions is “YES” be careful it is likely a scam
No not every site is a scam and there are a lot of Russian women that want to meet someone and are willing to travel in order to have a family. I met my wife of 4 years on a russian dating site and we have a wonderful marriage and a 2 year old daughter. I am not familer with Russian Cupid but if you ask I can refer to the site I used.
